PE1-iMovie

For my practical experience assignment this week, I had to attain my iMovie certificate and create a movie. The thought of watching over three hours of training was mind dumbing. As I began watching my iMovie training from lynda.com, I became doubtful of the merit in watching the training.

I found the first couple of chapters extremely boring and not because of the presentation. I am in my fourth month of classes at Full Sail University and we have had to create movies for every course thus far. To be able to provide quality work in the previous months, I have taught myself everything that was covered in the first few chapters. This is what caused the first chapters to be so dull to me, I have learned nothing new so far in the training. Having said this, it would have been wonderful to have had this assignment in month one! I have enjoyed the narration and the information being taught in the first couple of chapters is very useful. I look forward to finishing my training and hopefully learning something new in the process.
